Working remotely, you will support the recruitment team by profiling vacancies through the company’s ATS, assessing candidate applications, facilitating the interview process with internal hiring managers and ensuring the completion of all onboarding documentation.

Key tasks:

  • To ensure recruitment is effectively completed and the recruitment targets are achieved
  • Profile vacancies effectively through briefing calls with internal hiring managers and advertise roles using the company’s technology platform whilst engaging with external supply chain.
  • Shortlisting CV’s and facilitating the interview process with hiring managers within agreed timescales
  • Maintaining communication with candidates or the supply chain throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensuring compliance and completion of any documentation required prior to onboarding within set timescales
  • To complete any other administrative duties required by the recruitment team

  • Be able to work from home, with a private space to work and access to reliable Wi-Fi connectivity
  • Results focused, with the ability to work under pressure to achieve targets and timescales
  • Able to work as part of an effective team, understanding own role and how it contributes to the work of colleagues
  • Able to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Able to demonstrate good organisational skills and have the ability to prioritise workload
  • Able to demonstrate good questioning and listening skills in order to identify key issues and provide solutions to problems, demonstrating the confidence to make a constructive contribution within group situations •
  • Able to resolve problems, provide solutions, and suggest process improvements
  • Experience with all Microsoft packages and have a confident approach to using bespoke software
