Job Description:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibility is to provide a warm welcome to visitors and callers, ensuring they receive prompt and courteous service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide general information to visitors and callers about the company


  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable and punctual

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 37 hours p/wk
