HR Business Partner
Salary: £50,000 + Car Allowance
Location: Based in West Yorkshire with frequent travel and flexible working options
Role Summary: You will deliver a professional, commercially-focused HR service within your designated regions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Employee relations
- Talent management
- Succession and resource planning
- Handling disciplinary and grievance procedures
As the primary point of contact for HR escalations in your regions, regular travel is a crucial part of the role.
About You:
- Extensive experience in a HR Manager/Business Partner role within a multi-site, regulated organisation
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to build strong, trusted relationships with various stakeholders
- Desirable experience in the Social Care/Care sector, but other multi-site backgrounds will be considered
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and experience managing complex employee relations issues
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- CIPD qualification
