Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Digital & Library Lead to manage our Learning Hub and support staff and learners with digital skills. This role involves delivering induction sessions, providing digital support, and overseeing the new VR suite.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Learning Hub.
• Conduct induction and information sessions for learners.
• Support staff and learners in developing digital skills.
• Manage and support the use of the VR suite.
• Work up to one evening per week with flexible TOIL.

Requirements:

• Strong digital skills and experience in digital training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work flexibly.
