We are seeking a talented Site Manager to join our Production team based in the South Midlands region. As a Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of complex and challenging development projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every aspect of the build program adheres to specified financial, quality, construction, and safety targets and standards.

Key duties include coordinating all on-site labor activities, managing subcontractors, plant, and materials effectively, and maintaining exemplary standards of site presentation. You will be entrusted with driving the completion of your assigned site on schedule, within budget, and, most importantly, to the complete satisfaction of our customers.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in a Site Manager role or similar, preferably within the house building industry. A proven track record, ideally supported by NHBC awards, demonstrates your ability to motivate and lead a successful site team. Excellent communication skills, a logical and systematic approach, and a drive for excellence are essential qualities we seek.

Holding a CSCS Site Manager card is a minimum requirement, with additional qualifications in Construction or membership in the CIOB being desirable assets.
