We are looking for a Team Leader that will be working in a Repairs and Maintenance team, managing a team of construction trades overseeing Health and Safety, managing productivity and performance, dealing with customer queries and concerns.

As a Team Leader in the Repairs and Maintenance Team you will ensure the team compliance records are kept up to date, order materials and mange the day to day operations of the team, working closely with the Repairs Management team.

Candidate must have:

• CSCS card.
• Driving licence
• Manual handling
• Asbestos awareness training as a minimum.
• Relevant Team Leading/Supervisory experience working in a construction environment
